Beloved One we are asked to stay in the now. And when we are listening to radio or watching TV (and when we do this so rarely)there are lines or a break for some fear about something or other   We use this to simply say love to all light to all and have no opinion or judgement which gives us such freedom as we don t feel to fix which is head that we won t be guided by any  more. We give thanks for all that we are presented with and say mantras during our waking time at bed time and waking time  to hold us in the Light.  Move more and more into heart listening and heart speaking and enjoy the silence. Love is the essence of our being and our original contract agreement made eons ago to live in Light and Love as equals is NOW. Składamy podziękowania za wszystko co nam podarowane i mówimy mantry kiedy czuwamy i kiedy udajemy się na spoczynek by utrzymywać się w Świetle. Bardziej i bardziej w serce słuchając mowy serca i ciesząc się ciszą. Miłość jest esencją tego czym jesteśmy a nasze oryginalne kontrakty zawarte wieki temu by zyć Miłością i Światłem jak równi TERAZ.
