Beloved One I wake with the question to Self why is it in the night there is so much pain and in the daytime minimal  And clearly was the answer from Self within the guiding Light which has been with me forever you are letting go of all lifetimes and all experiences and at the same time you are receiving the energies which will enable you to be easily in the New Land of Gaia    So I remain in this state of Love and Gratitude accepting all that is presented when doubts come I am able to quickly come into the Light of Self Belief Self Trust and  Self  Love and having no regrets that this is the contract I made to serve the Source of all that Is and so be it.
