Oh beloveds we live such a simple life Alan and I are so at peace and Joyfull     After a long time of walking  in mud and unclear pictures we have arrived and feel the joy feel the love and simply feel so blessed     We have bed time of around 10 hours with maybe 1 break or 2 and then after rising 3 hours and doing what we do every morning  we sleep again maybe an hour or 1/2 Hour and then up till around 2 going out doing whatever feels to and then another hour s sleep and then up till around 8.30 pm and then long sleep    I am clear that the "Sleep" isn t sleep rather being in our new world that we have created as One in Love and Light and so we can now be here and keep saying to each other its a joy to be here now and it is.  So my darling One hold on to the only truth of this time and that is     I am that I am I am one with all I am an example of divinity and I know I am living my contract my mission that which i agreed to from my heart soooooo long ago to become a light body and assist by example others to come home to their heart and so the Oneness is      Love Love Love is all there is PeLoHa  is lived consciously now and thank you darling Tomek and to the One that we be walk gently be gentle with the new you allow the wisdom of the now to flow through your light being and rejoice and be you the true essence of you which is Love and Light maryandalan

Oh ukkocahni zyjemy tak prostym zyciem Alan i ja jestesmy tak spokojni i Radosni   Po dlugim czaie chdzenia w blocie u niepewnych obrazach dotarlismy i czujemy rados czujemy milosc i poprostu czujemy sie poblogoslawieni   w lózku spedzamy okolo 10 godzin maze z 1  czy 2 przerwami a potem po 3 godzinnym czuwaniu i robieniu tego codzien rano znowu spimy jakies 1/2 godziny potem na nogach do 2 robiac to co akurat czujemy a potem kolejna godzina snu i znów czuwamy do 8 30 wieczorem a potem dlugi sen   Mam jasnosc ze "sen" nie jest do konca snem a raczej byciem w nowym swiecie który stworzylismy jako Jedno w Milsoci i Swietle i mozemy tu byc mówiac sobie nawzajem o radosci bycia tutaj teraz i tak jest.  A zatem moja droga Jednio trzymajcie sie prawdy jedynej  w obecnym czasie czyli    Jestem który Jestem jestem jednym ze wszystkim jestem przykladem boskosci i wiem ze wypelniam swoj kontrakt moja misje naktóra moje serce zgodzilo sie taaaaak dawno temu by stac sie cialem ze swiatla i pomóc stajac sie przykladem tego jak inni moga trafic do domu do swoich serc i tak staje sie Jednosc    Milosc Milosc Milosc jest wszystkim co jest PeLoHa jest przezywana swiwdomie teraz i dzieki drogi Tomku i dla Jednosci która jestesmy podazajcie delikatnie z nowym to wy pozwalacie na to by madrosc teraz plynela przez wasze swietliste istoty i radujcie sie byciem essencja tego czym jest Milosc i Swiatlo maryialan
